Pistol, U.S. Navy, U.S. Naval Support Activity, Naples, Italy, was arraigned at Naval Legal Service Office, Naples, Italy, on the following offenses at a court-martial convened by this command. CHARGE  I: Specification: Finding: G. CHARGE  II: Specification: ARTICLE  115.  Plea:  G.  Finding:  G. On or about 2 December 19CY during a time of war, feign a mental derangement. Plea: G. ARTICLE  134.  Plea:  G.  Finding:  G. On or about 2 December 19CY wrongfully communicate a threat. Plea: G. Finding: G. SENTENCE Sentence adjudged on 18 June 19CY: To be reduced to the paygrade of E-2, to be confined for a period of 120 days, to forfeit $300.00 pay per month for 5 months, and to be discharged from the naval service with a bad-conduct  discharge. ACTION DEPARTMENT  OF  THE  NAVY U.S.  NAVAL  SUPPORT  ACTIVITY,  NAPLES,  ITALY FPO  AE  09619-1000 17 July 19CY In that case of Storekeeper Second Class Very C. Pistol, 222-22-2222, U.S. Navy, only so much of the sentence as provides for forfeiture of $200.00 pay per month for 4 months, confinement for a period of 90 days, and discharge from the naval service with a bad-conduct discharge is approved and, except for the part of the sentence extending to a bad-conduct discharge, will be executed. The Navy Brig, Naval Station, Rota, Spain, is designated as the place of confinement. In accordance with Article 58a(a), UCMJ and JAGMAN, Section 0152d, automatic reduction in rate to paygrade E-1 is effected as of the date of this action. The accused is entitled to wear the Overseas Service Ribbon. The record of trial is forwarded to the Navy-Marine Corps Court of Military Review for review under Article 66, UCMJ. /s/   PAUL T.
