Member is on leave from 0001 on 20 June to 0730
on 5 July.
Mess bill for June is $51.00, which member paid on
5/30.
Mess bill for July is $48.00.
Period of absence: 6/20 to 7/4 (inclusive days).
Rebate for June.
Inclusive dates not chargeable: 6/20 to 6/30 (11
days).
11 x $51.00 = $561.00.
Rebate for July.
Inclusive dates not chargeable: 7/1 to 7/4 (4 days).
4 x $48.00 = $192.00.
$18.70 + $6.19 = $24.89 (total rebate due).
