DEPARTMENT OF THE NAVY U.S. Naval Support Activity FPO  AE  09619-1000 17 Jul 19CY In accordance with R.C.M. 405, MCM, 1984, Commander Jon T. Boate, JAGC, U.S. Navy, is hereby  appointed  to  investigate  the  attached  charges  preferred  against  Seaman  Very  C.  Pistol, U.S. Navy. The charge sheet and allied papers are appended hereto. The investigating officer will be guided by the provisions of R.C.M, 405, MCM, 1984, and current case law relating to the  conduct  of  pretrial  investigations.  In  addition  to  the  investigating  officer  hereby  appointed, the following personnel are detailed to the investigation for the purposes indicated: COUNSEL FOR THE GOVERNMENT Lieutenant Jane B. Doe, JAGC, U.S. Naval Reserve, certified in accordance with Article  27(b),  Uniform  Code  of  Military  Justice.
