SUMMARY In   chapter   1,   we   have   discussed   the   Official   Mail Management   Program   and   its   implementation   of   the OMCCP.   The   reduction   of   postage   costs   through   the consolidation   of   mail   was   explained.   We   have   also explained   the   functions   of   an   official   mail   acceptance site   as   well   as   Navy   consolidated   mail   facilities.   A brief   explanation   was   given   about   the   computation   of postage   and   fees   and   the   proper   way   to   maintain security   of   postal   stamp   stock. 1-5
