NAVSO P-3013 lists nine special codes and one catchall code with that the OPTAR recordskeeper uses to  annotate  invalid  itemized  transactions  on  the SFOEDL.  These  special  codes  are  also  discussed  in  the NAVSO  P-3073. 10-30
