disposed of at the correct time and in the
proper manner.
Transfers
Records designated in the disposal
instructions for transfer to an FRC should be
forwarded as scheduled, or earlier. Records
for which you cannot find a disposal authority
are transferred when they are of no further
value to your activity. A word of caution;
even though a disposal date may have passed,
do not dispose of material on which action is
pending.
