When high school graduation is a prerequisite for a characteristics,  mental  aptitude,  applicable  scores  on particular service school, successful passing of the high Navy  tests,  civilian  occupations,  previous  training, school level general educational development (GED) experience,  hobbies,  and  interests. test is accepted for qualification. Candidates may not have a record of conviction by COs  must  make  sure  members  selected  for  transfer to Navy service schools are well suited to the course of any court-martial and not more than one nonjudicial instruction as well as the type of work associated with punishment (NJP) during the 18 months preceding the training. The basis for evaluation should include assignment to the school. Waivers for more than one performance   and   military   behavior,   physical NJP must be submitted to BUPERS (PERS 291). 9-11
